"I was kind of embarrassed because..."
I was kind of embarrassed because I kept telling someone the package would be here soon, and then it ended up taking over a week longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time too, so I had no idea what was going on. Not a great experience...

"Didn’t really see much of a difference"
I picked up one of their LED devices hoping it would help my skin a bit, but after using it for around a few weeks, I can’t say I noticed much change. I followed the instructions closely, or at least close enough, and kept waiting to see some kind of improvement.

Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it mostly felt like a pricey little gadget that just lights up. I was expecting at least a little something, so I ended up feeling disappointed.

"Felt a bit ignored by support"
The product itself was fine, but dealing with customer service was frustrating. I waited a long time for a reply and had to follow up twice just to get a basic answer. It kind of felt like my question wasn’t really a priority. Not the worst experience ever, but it definitely left me feeling dismissed.

"I returned the item last Tuesday after work..."
I returned the item last Tuesday after work, right before stopping to grab coffee, and expected it to be a whole thing. But it wasn’t at all. I sent it back, got the confirmation, and the refund came through quickly with no back-and-forth or hassle. Super easy experience.

I spent some time browsing ledtechnologies.com, and overall it was okay, just not as smooth as I expected. As someone who shops online often, I’m used to finding what I need quickly, but a few pages took more clicking around than I would’ve liked. The layout looks fine, though it does feel a little busy in certain spots. Nothing was frustrating enough to make me leave, but I do think the site could be a bit simpler and easier to navigate. Average experience for me

"Feels a little cheap for about the price"
The device works around how I expected, but the plastic feels thin and the buttons are kind of loose. I expected better build quality from this site.

"It worked fine at first, it held..."
It worked fine at first, it held up okay for a bit... but after a few weeks, one of the corners started to feel kind of loose. So, yeah, not terrible, just maybe not super durable.

"My skin finally feels calmer"
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, i’m really happy with the difference. The redness on my face has calmed down so much, and my skin feels way smoother than before. It’s such a relief to look in the mirror and feel a little more confident about my skin.

"Feels overpriced for what it is"
I just didn’t feel like this was worth the price. For what I got, it seemed way too expensive, and I kind of wonder if they’re charging more for the name than the actual quality. I expected a lot better value and ended up disappointed. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Got the wrong lights"
I ordered a set of lights, but what showed up was completely different from what I picked. It was only a couple of days waiting, so not the end of the world, but still frustrating to open the box and realize the whole order was wrong

"Easy enough to fit in, but the instructions are kind of a mess"
I’d probably give it 3 stars. The actual treatment time is manageable, and I can fit it in after work without feeling like it’s taking over my whole evening. It doesn’t drag on forever, which is nice. But whoever put the instructions together was a bit of a clown because it’s not super clear how often you’re supposed to use it. Overall, it’s fine, not amazing, not terrible, just okay...

"Wish it had been more comfortable"
I really wanted to like this, but I kind of regret buying it. It felt awkward on my face from the start and just wasn’t very comfortable to use for more than a short time.

"Warranty support wasn’t much help"
I tried using the warranty, but it didn’t really help at all. Like, I expected some kind of support or solution, but yeah, it ended up feeling useless.

"Didn't get relief I was hoping for"
I tried this hoping it would help more with the pain, but the relief felt weak for me. It maybe took edge off a little, but not enough to say it really worked. I was expecting a better result.

"battery Lasts forever"
The battery on this thing lasts SO long. i barely have to think about charging it, which is a nice change.
